Hepburns were delighted to support the Columbia Estates Boat in this year’s Jersey to Sark race rowing race. The Sark to Jersey rowing race is now the premier sea rowing event in the Channel Islands and attracts competitors from Jersey, Guernsey, France and the UK. In 2016 large celebrations will accompany the 50th race, now known as the “S2J”.
With the great work of Columbia and our support the boat has raised £12,500 so far. The money will help raise awareness of the excellent work and commitment of two charities, UNIQUE and the Royal Brompton Cystic Fibrosis Clinic. Paul MacDonald, Hepburns MD said;
‘Hepburns are delighted to support this human endeavour and the very deserving charities for whom they are raising funds’.
The sponsorship supports Hepburns commitment to local sport in the Islands following the sponsorship of the inter-Island Muratti this year.
