About Us
At Hepburns, we recognise the importance of managing risk and have built up a deep understanding of the insurance industry spanning over our 50-year history. We can pass this on to you in the form of excellent service, provided by long-serving, dedicated members of staff who are overseen by senior executives who are passionate about Hepburns and the islands we serve.
Hepburns has traded in the Channel Islands for over 50 years and in 2022 announced its decision to combine our Channel Islands based operations into the Islands Insuarance Group of Companies creating a significant insurance group employing 180 locally based people. Islands shares Hepburns commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional service. Hepburns will continue to trade as ‘Hepburns’ and you will be dealing with the same skilled personnel who are passionate about delivering an excellent service as independent Brokers. The additional resources that will flow from this merger will enable us to focus even more on skills and competitive pricing.

As independent brokers, we are especially well placed in performing this service because we are able to work with a wide variety of insurers to identify solutions for the specific needs and requirements of individuals and or companies across various industries. A tied agent or direct insurer, on the other hand, is able to offer you only those products from its own pre-defined product range and a solution, therefore, which may not be appropriate to your specific individual needs.

The quality of claims handling is of vital importance to any insurance undertaking. At Hepburns Insurance, we help manage claims on behalf of clients and undertake negotiations on your behalf with insurers and loss adjusters.
We are committed to providing efficient service and have developed a number of processes utilising the latest technology to help ensure the satisfactory conclusion of any claim.
